♥♥♥It's my Birthday!!!♥♥♥

Woohoo! I'm 21! in the States, the legal age for drinking is 21 so ,,, YAY!
I remember when I first came, I ordered an alcoholic drink and the waitress went " Can I see your ID?" and I was like OH,,,,,,,,,,, :(

Finally I am young enough to order and purchase alcoholic drinks!

When I was planning a birthday surprise for my bestie, Paula, I am unable to purchase her favourite beer. =.=""

Before I even get married and all, my cousins would celebrate their 21st birthdays in a chalet for a few days, with different group of people (mostly) coming over. I even told my parents thats how I wanted to celebrate mine too.

BUT.... I got married and came to the States,,, which is a good thing :D

Although I did not get to plan a chalet or celebrate with my family and all, I am very thankful for having my Hubby to celebrate my birthday with me.

I thought I would be spending my birthday with a few other wives, going to a club in Boise. Turns out during the following Monday and Tuesday after my birthday weekend, Hubby was on "standdown" so everyone can take leave and "offs" etc. So Hubby planned a surprise trip for me which he told me on 2nd August. Then on the 3rd he told me the destination haha! not so surprise anymore. He said "We're going to Salt Lake for your Birthday" and I was happy! Then we decided to go to Las Vegas(LV) instead! Woohoo!!!

I started to find out more on what are the things to do there etc but I was exhilarated when Hubby said there is place where they sell Malaysian FOODDDDD~!!! Woohoo~!! SUUUUper happy!!!!

On Friday, 8th August, Hubby took half day off and told me he needs to send some people from the office to the airport. We went to Burger King to get lunch and met Red and Vivian. Red unexpectedly bought 2 slices of Hersheys' chocolate cake and passed it to me! Was feeling happy!!! At night, it was Blackie's Birthday Celebration. There was lots of doggies gathered and Paula made a Dog Birthday Cake!!

We went off early and when it was 12am, I took out the cake and Hubby sang a Birthday song for me and he brought out all my presents! Later on I FaceTimed with my family!

On Saturday, 9th August, Hubby said he reserved lunch at Carmela Vineyard at 3pm so we will leave at about 1pm. He said he need to pass his colleague something so he will drop by at the Bowling Alley, When we reached, he asked if I want to follow him in, I said there's no need so I will stay in the car with out 2 dogs. He kinda insisted and so we went in together with the ventilation done properly.

When we arrived at the Striker's Grill, I did not see his colleague. As I was asking him, he led me to a door and opened it. To my surprise, There was a candle lit and I was just shocked. The room was dark so I did not know who and what was in there haha! Hubby asked me to go in and then I was told to give a speech!!! I did an impromptu speech instead and I ended up crying as I was very touched for Paula doing so much for me and having her as my best friend. Thank you everyone for coming and Thank you All for your presents~!!! Then after passing our 2 dogs to them, we left for Salt Lake!

Turns out Hubby was lying about sending people to the airport! Turns out he was actually collecting my cakey cakey~!!!! HeeHee~!!! I did not suspect anything AT ALL~!!! Luckily I know he will never do anything unfaithful to me! ♥♥♥Blissful~♥♥♥

Recently I found out that Desmond and Paula put in LOADS of effort into my birthday surprise,, from researching cake designs to buying decorations and going there early to decorate the place. They have done so much for me and I am very very thankful for them,,, ♥♥♥
